With 5400 club members and only six telephone lines, our receptionists used to receive hundreds of inquiries a day, from program registration dates, schedule information, special promotions, etc., etc.. All this information is now available on our Web site!
Moreover, all our program information in the past was in the French language only, creating somewhat of a communication gap with our English members. With a bilingual Web site, our 500 plus anglophone members are overjoyed, including our public relations team.
